My Current Investments: Q3 2019

On my journey to wealth and getting money, I’ve discovered passive income is a great way to start. In one of my previous blogs, I’ve explained that Investing is a good way to earn passive income. in this blog I’m going into more detail on what I’m currently investing in.

  • Fundrise
  • Roth TSP
  • Ally Bank

E-Trade

E-Trade is an investment platform where you can invest in stocks, bonds, REIT’s, ETF’s and mutual funds. I use this account to invest in REIT’s. So far my portfolio is worth $1,039.26. The goal for this account is to generate $1,000 a month in passive income with dividends. I have not set a time frame for this goal yet.

WallStreet Forex Robot 2.0 Evolution

Fundrise

Fundrise is a crowdfunding real estate investment platform. I have written a Fundrise Review you can check out. Currently, the account value is $1,745.51. The goal for this account is $20,000 in five years and to generate $500 a quater in passive income. Right now I’m on track for these goals.

Roth TSP

A Roth TSP is a Roth retirement account for federal employees. Currently, the account is valued at $10,384.45, all of which is invested in a common stock fund. The goal for this account is $1,000,000 by retirement age, which is in 30 years.

Ally Bank

I recently opened a high yield savings account with Ally Bank and started putting 40% of my monthly ebay profit into the account. Ally Bank savings account has a 2.10% APY. Currently, I have $87.49 in the account. The goal for this account is to be able to deposit $100 a month from ebay profits and watch it grow.

There are other investment opportunities out there, be sure to do your research thoroughly before you jump in to get this money!
